Are you a driven, empathetic, and sharp professional with a knack for building relationships? We’re seeking a high-energy Sales Account Manager local to the Los Angeles area to spearhead our referral and vendor relationships. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in understanding client needs and ensuring excellent support throughout their insurance claims process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients in need of public adjusting services through targeted lead generation strategies.
  • Consultative Sales: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs and articulate the advantages of hiring a public adjuster.
  • Negotiation: Secure contracts and clearly communicate terms and fees to clients.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the public adjusting team to ensure a seamless transition for client cases.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, insurance policies, and regulations to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Documentation: Collaborate with clients to collect and organize necessary documentation for their insurance claims.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and sustain a robust pipeline of prospective clients using various methods.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using our CRM system (Salesforce).

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales within the insurance industry. Looking for someone who has closed over at least 100 jobs throughout their career.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Motivation: Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to cultivate and maintain robust client relationships.
  • Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance claims processes is advantageous.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation and ability to commute throughout the Los Angeles area as necessary.
