Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement sales strategies to boost revenue across different channels
- Lead and mentor the sales team to consistently meet or exceed targets
- Build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners
- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring steady performance
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and executives to align sales with company goals
- Track market trends and competitors to refine strategies and stay competitive
- Set, monitor, and report key sales KPIs to the executive team

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar sales leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of sales strategies, pipeline management, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in setting and tracking KPIs to measure performance
