Job Summary: We are searching for a seasoned sales professional in the Sacramento area with over 10 years of experience in sales within the restoration industry or adjacent industries. This high-level role will be responsible for supporting target sales developments for remediation services, collaborating with senior leaders for strategy, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and restoration (or adjacent industries), experience leading teams, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies within assigned territories for remediation services across various industry segments.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on sales roles, compensation structures, and strategic initiatives.
  • Implement value-based sales approaches to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Track and achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Provide excellent representation of our brand to commercial accounts that value high-delivery service.
    • Sell and present to senior executives, including VPs of operations, fostering strong client relationships.
    • Manage the nurturing of all sales leads and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
    • Provide coaching and mentorship to sales team members, supporting their professional development.
    • Participate in round table discussions to drive innovative solution strategies.
  • Operational Collaboration:
    • Work closely with operations managers to ensure alignment on proposals and sales objectives.
    • Review proposals with the operations manager prior to sending to ensure accuracy and profitability.
    • Ensure proper gross profit margins are captured and maintained.
  • Event Management and Brand Development:
    • Set and manage calendars for events to be attended by the team for regional brand development.
    • Engage in activities that promote the company’s brand and expand its market presence.

     

    Requirements

    • Experience:
      • 10+ years of sales experience with a strong background in restoration or adjacent industries such as assisted living, pest control, HVAC, and property maintenance.
      • Proven track record of successful sales performance and revenue growth in high-delivery service environments.
    • Skills:
      • Strong relationships with prospective clients at the Director or VP level.
      • Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies.
      • Ability to collaborate with upper management on sales strategy, role definition, and compensation structures.
      • Strong organizational skills for managing calendars and regional brand development activities.
    • Education:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • Other:
      • Willingness to travel within assigned territories as needed to support sales efforts.
