We are looking for a communicative, organized, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate sales activity records.
- Serve as the communication link between sales, customers, and internal departments.
- Process sales orders and follow through on delivery and invoicing.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team.
- A positive attitude toward self-development and professionalism.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in data entry.
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
