We are looking for a positive and relentless Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to keep the wheels on our hiring processes and act as a source of truth for our Recruiters and Hiring Managers. We're seeking someone who loves calendar management, connecting with new people, and someone who is excited about the challenges and opportunities of scaling an early-stage startup.

We've developed VegaTM, a proprietary and patent-pending technology at the crossroads of 3D weaving and automated textile manufacturing. By skipping the flat 2D fabric stage, we can additively build custom apparel products from the ground up - straight from yarn to final product. About You
As the Recruiting Coordinator at unspun, you will bring clarity to the processes and people involved with hiring across the team. You’ll be pivotal in ensuring that our small-but-mighty People team can hire and onboard all of the amazing humans needed to hit our aggressive company milestones in the next two years.

Responsibilities include:
- Handling on-site interview coordination between the candidates and the internal team, including insuring that interviewers have the appropriate materials, rooms, and calendars are blocked off, as well as being the on-site liaison for the candidate
- Support our recruiters on screening inbound applications, setting up pipelines with hiring managers, and sending updates to hiring channels to keep everyone on the same page
- Create KPI’s and metrics for tracking interviewing lift across the company; protect hiring managers and interviewers from being overloaded
- Taking on intro calls as needed, being able to paint a picture of what it’s like to work at unspun and speak to the responsibilities and business impact of open roles
Ideal Qualities
- 3-5 years experience in operational roles, ideally with 2+ years in a recruiting-adjacent role, and familiarity with an industry-standard ATS like Greenhouse or Ashby
- Strong communication skills (verbally and in writing) and an ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across people ops and hiring managers
- A belief in the value of providing a best-in-class candidate experience
- Ability to stay positive and collaborative when people are being challenging or not responsive
- Experience scaling operations and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Bonus Points
- An enthusiasm for climate tech, robotics, and/or sustainable fashion
- Experience with, or interest in, technical sourcing

Benefits
The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $107,000, depending on experience, plus equity benchmarked to the 75th percentile. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
