Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and other real estate transaction documents.
• Provide legal advice on zoning and land use issues related to development projects.
• Conduct due diligence and review title reports, surveys, and zoning restrictions.
• Assist with financing documentation and compliance for real estate transactions.
• Manage regulatory issues and ensure adherence to relevant laws and guidelines.
• Represent the company in real estate-related litigation and disputes as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.

Requirements

• Jurisdictional bar admission and a valid attorney license to practice law.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law, particularly in transactions and development.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, contracts, and property law.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in legal research, analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
