Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Onsite Payroll Administrator to manage all aspects of employee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The role involves managing both incoming and outgoing W-2 forms, overseeing pension calculations, invoice preparation, and coordinating pension audit requirements. Additionally, you'll be responsible for generating Union employees’ benefits invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accurate and timely Union payroll processing, including timekeeping and payroll amendments.
  • Calculate work hours, sick/vacation pay, union dues, tax withholdings, and other deductions.
  • Ensure prompt distribution of earnings statements and paychecks.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and accruals for vacation and sick days.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure correct employee data.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED; Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
  • 5+ years of payroll office experience, with at least 3 years in Union payroll settings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ADP WorkForce Now, Paycom, and other payroll systems.
  • Strong numerical, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary depends on experience.
