Requirements
As the English Operations Manager / COO, you will play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing all operational aspects of our e-commerce business. With a focus on leadership, strategic planning, and e-commerce expertise, you will drive operational excellence to support our growth and success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep e-commerce knowledge, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- E-commerce Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of e-commerce operations to optimize processes, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and profitability.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and empower the operations team to achieve peak performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Vendor and Supply Chain Management: Oversee vendor relationships, supply chain logistics, and inventory management to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Manage operational budgets, forecast expenses, and drive cost-saving initiatives to optimize financial performance.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor key performance metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, while proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior operations management role, with a focus on e-commerce operations.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English.
- Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
