Position: Operations Manager (90% Remote)
Location: El Segundo, CA (occasional office reporting)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Lead efforts in data tracking, reporting, and automation to streamline workflows.
- Maintain and improve data tracking systems, including creating KPI dashboards for leadership.
- Implement automation tools to reduce manual processes and enhance efficiency.
- Support customer service by integrating AI tools.
- Ensure compliance with education and legal standards (e.g., CA State Bar, HRCI, SHRM).
- Manage financial aspects, including budget tracking, subscriptions, and sales tax compliance.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and automate customer engagement processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in operations, finance, marketing, and compliance.
- Strong skills in data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Familiarity with IT security and compliance best practices.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and customer platforms (e.g., Intercom).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

$100,000 - $150,000 per year
