Operations Manager

We’re looking for our next Operations Manager to help us provide premium, industry-leading care. As a key member of our Experience team, you’ll be responsible for our day-to-day operations, from the back-end processes that our team members rely on to the front-end experiences that our patients love. This is a full-time, in-person position with a starting base pay of $41/hour for qualified candidates.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have at least four years of client-facing operations experience, and be able to:

• Coordinate patients’ care across our providers and external offices to make even the most complex treatment plans feel seamless
• Lead ongoing communications with patients to help them understand the clinical and financial details of their treatment plans
• Run our back-end scheduling processes to ensure our patients can schedule appointments in-person and online
• Provide concierge-level customer service that helps patients to actually enjoy going to the dentist
• Share feedback and design input on our business operations to help improve them over time
