Full Job Description
We're currently looking for an Administrator for a Design Sudio in Irvine, CA that will support operational and transactional performance under the direction by operation manager as it is listed below:
- Support and tracks GDC’s budget spending to implement budget controls.
- Assist financial reports and report to Operation Manager and Head of GDC.
- Support tracking all the project budgets together into a consolidated GDC’s budget and review all funding requests.
- Share information for funding requests to others in the organization.
- Administers all incoming invoices, obtains management approval and processes for payment.
- Support resolving any budget issues regarding open purchase orders, committed and actual funds.
- Perform operational and transactional support in creating and tracking budget detail reports for GDC department budgets.
- Data Entry in various system for purchase purposes such as Initiating and Requesting for Quote (RFQ) and Purchase Requisition (PR), Tracks progress and follows through until a Purchase Order (PO) is issued.
- Maintain department organizational charts and assist in the development of inventory management system.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of Accounting, Purchasing or Administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in MS suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Basic accounting principles
- Good written and verbal communication
