Mid Level Labor and Employment Associate

Direct Counsel has partnered with a premier, nationally recognized law firm in their search for a mid-level associate to support it's Los Angeles and Orange County Offices’ Labor and Employment Practice Group. The firm's critical risk-management solutions allow clients to focus on managing their businesses while they manage the details of their employment problems. The firm's clients vary from closely-held companies to major financial institutions, restaurant chains, manufacturers and retailers, with offices and locations nationwide.

Requirements

• 3 plus years of solid experience with employment law litigation
• experience drafting handbooks and employment-related agreements is preferred
• licensed to practice law in CA
• strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials

Benefits

The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $160-$230k, with bonus potential of up to $106,000.
