The firm's critical risk-management solutions allow clients to focus on managing their businesses while they manage the details of their employment problems. The firm's clients vary from closely-held companies to major financial institutions, restaurant chains, manufacturers and retailers, with offices and locations nationwide.

Requirements

• 3 plus years of solid experience with employment law litigation
• experience drafting handbooks and employment-related agreements is preferred
• licensed to practice law in CA
• strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials
