Marketing Specialist

TRL11 is a venture-backed space startup revolutionizing the capabilities and utilization of full motion video (FMV) for space applications. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist. This position will be based in Irvine, CA. 

As a key member of our business development team, you will play a vital role in building the company’s developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and analyzing market trends to ensure we meet our business objectives. Your contributions will include creating compelling content, engaging with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design visual content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements using graphics
• Plan and execute company exhibitions at conferences and trade shows
• Create more-expressive graphics for the company and the website
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
• Create brochures, flyers, posters and conduct competitor/market research
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Requirements

• Proficiency with Graphic design and at least 3-5 years of experience
• 2+ years proven experience in business development, marketing, sales 
• Prificiency with Figma, Adobe Suite, Photoshop,  InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Pays attention to detail 

Nice to Haves

• Experience with content branding, marketing, design, videography, and/or digital marketing
• Knowledge and/or experience in the space industry
• Experience working with SEO campaigns
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Portfolio with work of projects in aerospace/defense industry
