Job Overview
PlanetArt is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support Avanquest's Strategic Sales & Marketing division.
Our Avanquest Strategic Sales & Marketing division develops innovative and exciting offers, promotions, and bundles for a wide variety of clients across technology and beyond. We work with the PlanetArt brands, plus licensed offers from SiriusXM, Daily Burn, Lifetime Movie Club, and more. Offers are bundled with leading consumer electronics and consumer product brands from Apple, Roku, PlayStation, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft Xbox, and many others.
As a Marketing Assistant of the Strategic Sales & Marketing Division, you’ll be part of a team responsible for providing these products and services.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain production schedule/calendar file
- Organize and keep department drives up to date
- Quality assure work-product deliverables and websites
- Create product sell sheets and flyers with approved content and a high degree of quality
- Keep product catalogs and account files accurate and up to date
- Distribute files to internal stakeholders
- Additional special projects and responsibilities will be assigned
Requirements
What You Should Have
Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements
- 1-2 years work-related experience
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills with a high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of SharePoint and MS Office
- Interest in consumer products
- Enjoy working as a team and in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Project organization skills
- College Degree plus Trello and Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge a plus
What You Can Expect
Working Conditions
- Work is performed in an office environment with low to moderate noise levels.
- Position requires regular, continuous use of a computer.
- Position requires regular sitting and standing.
- Position requires regular interaction with team members through the following methods: in-person, phone, WebEx, Slack, or email.
- May require occasional travel.
- This is a hybrid position; employees are expected to be in the office three days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) with the option of working remotely two days (Wednesday and Friday).
Benefits
Compensation: $18 to $20/hr.
