The Facilities Management department is looking for a strategic and collaborative individual to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and asset management practices. The Manager, Facilities & Asset Management Systems will have demonstrated technical skills and experiences to complete and manage responsibilities related to CMMS and asset management systems, such as reporting of the department’s capabilities and monitoring work plans, processes, and measures to optimize and achieve the department’s objectives. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, communicating technical and non-technical information, and;
Essential Functions:
- Controls and integrates designs proactive work management systems approach, implements and upgrades documentation and work processes; oversees daily data management encompassing systems design, integration, data redundancy and integrity, role definition, asset management, work planning, inventory control, training users, asset and equipment hierarchy, work request, project requests, dashboards, reports, workflow automation, sequences and schedules preventive maintenance schedules and work orders, dashboards, inventory standard; automates and workflows activities; identifies opportunities to optimize process efficiency.
- Implements a centralized, visible and automated maintenance platform; facilitates work activities collaboratively and engages stakeholders across functional areas and teams internally; oversees systems integration and interface; ensures systems performance and eliminates systems failure.
- Creates solutions for consistency and knowledge transfer, documentation, repairs, manuals, procedures, audit compliance management and demands; serves as the expert on the optimization of facility management processes involving maintenance optimization of workflow for asset life cycle management, labor management, materials tracking and cost; generates operational processes, reports, metrics, key performance indicators (KPI), dashboards and visualization tools to enable data driven decision.
- Manages and integrates service agreements; develops and document practices and procedures; facilitates and participates in activities to identify operational priorities and objectives; prepares learning objectives and material; improves system user competencies through training; develops documentation for technical and business requirements.
- Coaches and fosters team’s success, competencies, accountability, development, diversity, inclusion, learning, customer focus and a productive work environment; recognizes and rewards achievements, completes corrective action and oversees consulting services; shapes perspectives and gains commitments; represents programs, projects and makes presentations; interprets and communicates goals and objectives.
- Orchestrates technology-based solutions and shapes efficiency opportunities; generates, tracks and documents work activities; ensures safe work practices; keeps current with industry trends and sustainable practices; performs related duties as assigned.

- Communication: Effectively prepare, present and exchange technical and non-technical information to stakeholders through various avenues including but not limited to verbal, written, facilitation, and persuasion, strong leadership, planning and organizational aptitude, support work requests, train system end users and others.
- Judgement & Decision Making: Ability to complete work independently and achieve objectives, analyze situations and identify workable solutions and prioritize activities, projects and programs in a cost-effective manner.
- Project Coordination: Ability to research, analyze, complete and influence projects cross-functionally in time constraints and manage evolving situations, motivate others to maximize organizational efficiency and effectiveness, ability to influence and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, engage others and facilitate work activities with diverse groups.
- Leveraging Technology: Demonstrated proficiency with implementation, upgrades, automation, technical interpretation and consulting on work management and CMMS systems, databases, metrics, key performance indicators and reports.
Requirements
Required Education, Training and Experience**:
- Six years of in CMMS implementation and maintenance, database management and/or asset management systems experience of which three years were in management or supervisory of CMMS or information technology capacity or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- BA degree in computer science, asset management, engineering or related field;
Preferred Education, Certification, and Licenses:
- Certifications as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Airport Certified Employee (ACE), LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), or Facilities Management Administrator (FMA), Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA), or Systems Maintenance Technician (SMT).
The hiring salary for the Manager, Facilities & Assert Management Systems is a minimum of $113,815.

Pay Range for this Computerized Maintenance Management System Administrator is $92,278 to $155,645.
