Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Gotham Enterprises LTD is actively hiring for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors! We are a physician-run leader in Telepsychiatry, providing quality therapy and psychiatric services for children, adolescents, and adults striving to achieve mental health and wellness and reach their full potential.

Salary: $110,000-$130,000 per year, plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Your primary responsibility is to support patients with compassionate care.
• You will conduct assessments of their current state.
• Develop a treatment plan that helps them improve.
• Maintain accurate and prompt patient documentation
• Refer patients for psychiatry services when appropriate.
• Provide feedback and collaborate with the executive team to constantly create a positive patient experience and patient outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Professional Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by the California Behavioral Science Board.
• Minimum 2 -4 years experience working with the elderly or disabled adults.
• Master’s in Social Work required.
• Must maintain current BLS certificate. (If not current, must obtain current BLS certification within first six months of association with AltaMed Health Services Corporation).
• Direct experience with evidence based treatments for individual, group & families therapy sessions (Coping with death/dying, Coping with Stress, Cancer support discussion, etc.)
