Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits.
Your Role:
- Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions that inspire personal growth and healing.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify each client’s unique needs and strengths.
- Craft personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' goals and circumstances.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated and compassionate care.
- Provide support and reassurance during challenging moments, ensuring clients feel understood.
- Stay informed on the latest mental health research and best practices to enhance your approach.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Valid LMFT license in the state.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
