Position Details: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Your Duties Will Include:
- Assisting clients in accessing services and overcoming barriers.
- Performing assessments and providing crisis counseling.
- Coaching clients on managing health conditions.
- Delivering therapy sessions to promote behavioral improvements.
- Educating patients and families on care plans.
Earnings: $110,000-$130,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits.
Requirements
