Requirements

• Jurisdiction: Must be admitted to the California Bar and have a solid understanding of California labor laws.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of labor and employment law experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Client Interaction: Ability to maintain positive client relationships while providing strategic legal advice.
• Documentation: Proficient in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and compliance policies.
• Teamwork: Collaborative approach to working with other attorneys and support staff.
