Labor and Employment Attorney

Direct Counsel is actively seeking a talented and experienced attorney to join a top firm in their esteemed Labor and Employment department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in labor and employment law, with a particular emphasis on wage and hour class action cases.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of employment litigation matters, including both single plaintiff and class action cases.
• Provide expert legal advice and counseling on employment law matters to clients.
• Utilize strong research and analytical skills to address complex legal issues.
• Collaborate with the Labor and Employment team to develop and implement legal strategies.

Requirements:

• Admitted to the State Bar of California.
• 3 or more years of specific experience in labor and employment law.
• Proven expertise in wage and hour class action cases.
• Strong academic credentials.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in traditional labor law.
• Demonstrated success in providing employment law advice and client counseling.

Compensation:

Salary between $210,000 and $260,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
