What are we looking for?

We are looking for an individual to join our IT team and assist with the operations of our diverse internal systems. You will assist our team in making sure that our employees' technical problems are swiftly resolved and that our Systems team is aware of problems while they’re still small. A strong candidate will set themselves apart with knowledge of emerging technologies for distributed teams.

What will you do?

  • You will NOT worry about funding. We have startup DNA, but we're fully backed and funded by our parent company, Teladoc Health.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience across a wide IT scope including Mac hardware, software / SaaS applications, and OS support experience including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience with MDM
  • Comfortable with configuration and administration of SaaS applications - JIRA/Atlassian products, Okta, Google Workspace administration, etc.
  • Experience administering Zoom and Zoom Rooms hardware
  • Excellent judgment and decision making with an emphasis on security and privacy
  • Strong ability to think on your feet, come up with innovative solutions, and solve problems that may be completely unique
  • Ability to work onsite at our Mountain View, California offices three times per week

The base salary range for this position is $85,000- $100,000. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and the extensive benefits listed here (subject to eligibility requirements): Teladoc Health Benefits 2024. Total compensation is based on several factors – including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable to all full-time positions.
