Title: IT Help Desk Technician
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Rate: $OPEN
Requirements
- Implemented processes and procedures
- Manage targets and KPIs for Help desk
- Setup, configured and on-going management of reports for Help desk.
- Reports dashboard
- Handling tickets and advanced customer queries
- First point for escalations
- Developing & troubleshooting. Layer 1-3 topologies
