Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of human resources-related experience required.

Recruitment and Staffing:

Onboarding and Training:

• Facilitate new employee orientation.
• Implement training programs.
• Ensure compliance with training requirements.

Employee Relations:

• Address employee concerns and grievances.
• Promote a positive work environment.
• Resolve workplace conflicts.

Performance Management:

• Manage performance appraisal systems.
• Support managers with performance issues.
• Develop performance improvement plans.
