We are currently seeking an HR Coordinator who is interested in a rewarding career within the aesthetics industry. The ideal candidate will provide excellent administrative support to the Human Resources department and assist with various HR functions.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the recruitment and selection process, including creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and scheduling interviews.
• Conducting new hire orientations and facilitating the onboarding process.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and up-to-date employee files, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Assisting with employee relations matters, including addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Supporting performance management processes, such as conducting performance evaluations and assisting with performance improvement plans.

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR-related role.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
