Moosalp Tourismus AG, a leading player in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Guest Relation Officer. As a Guest Relation Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience and maintaining guest satisfaction at our various properties and establishments. With a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with necessary information about the property, facilities, and services offered
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner, and take necessary action to resolve them promptly
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including room assignments, reservations, and guest requests
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Keep up-to-date with local attractions, events, and restaurants to provide guests with recommendations and assistance with reservations
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while engaging with guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Communicate with guests via various channels, including in-person, phone, email, and social media, providing prompt and accurate responses
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a guest service or guest relations role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using reservation and front desk software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset
- A customer-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service to guests
