About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Manager with a passion for driving growth and expertise in predictive modeling and forecasting to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will lead A/B testing, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey. With a strong focus on Meta's advertising platforms, this role demands a Meta Guru or Meta SME to maximize campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Lead and manage the growth team, including marketing, sales, and product development professionals.
- Oversee and optimize paid social media campaigns, with a primary focus on Meta Ads, to drive customer acquisition and conversion.
- Analyze and leverage data to inform growth strategies, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the product development team to identify and implement new growth opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement in the customer acquisition process, ensuring efficient and effective use of marketing budgets.
- Identify and test new acquisition channels and tactics to diversify and expand our customer base.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of growth initiatives.
- Report regularly to the CMO and executive team on growth metrics, strategies, and performance.
- Utilize predictive modeling and forecasting to anticipate market trends, customer behavior, and potential growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement advanced analytical models to improve targeting, segmentation, and personalization efforts.
- Leverage extensive experience with Meta advertising to drive performance, including campaign setup, optimization, and scaling strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Expertise in predictive modeling, forecasting, and advanced analytical techniques.
- Proven experience in a leadership position managing cross-functional teams.
- Extensive experience with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) including campaign setup, optimization, and scaling.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive growth strategies.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and the use of analytical tools to drive decision-making.
- Ability to optimize and manage paid social media campaigns effectively.
- Familiarity with various customer acquisition channels and growth tactics.

Emotional Demands
- Confident decision-making skills. You will need to review data and make sound decisions on what actions to take and make confident recommendations to senior management. You may need to make decisions quickly with limited amounts of information in urgent situations.
- Data analysis & interpretation. You will have to process and review a lot of information from a variety of sources, understand how data is collected, assess data quality, and how to use the information.
- Communication skills. You need to have advanced communication skills in both oral and written form. Emails and written communication with colleagues and external partners, written reports for senior executives. Able to communicate complex financial information to people outside of the finance department.
- Comfortable with technology. Able to navigate data through computers, mobile, software, databases. Stay up to date with technology advances.
- Oriented to detail. Financial forecasts rely on projections which can be impacted by even minor changes in sales patterns, consumer sentiment, economic shifts, competitor changes, etc. You will need to be attuned to small changes in all streams of data.
