Group Director Case Management
Location: Modesto, CA
Salary: $150-200K + Signing Bonus + Performance Bonus + Paid Relocation
Overview:
Lead and execute the strategic case management plan across multiple hospitals. Serve as a leader, mentor, and subject matter expert on case management regulations and standards, overseeing hospital utilization, transition management, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead hospital case management and utilization review
- Set goals aligning with strategic plans
- Manage internal and external audits
- Drive process improvements and compliance with CMS, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, EPA, and OSHA standards
- Ensure accurate revenue cycle processes and patient throughput
- Train and mentor case management staff
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nursing, Health Care Administration, or Master's in Social Work
- 5+ years of acute hospital case management or healthcare leadership
- RN or LCSW/LMSW license required
- Advanced degree and Accredited Case Manager (ACM) preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
