Overview:

Lead and execute the strategic case management plan across multiple hospitals. Serve as a leader, mentor, and subject matter expert on case management regulations and standards, overseeing hospital utilization, transition management, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead hospital case management and utilization review
• Set goals aligning with strategic plans
• Manage internal and external audits
• Drive process improvements and compliance with CMS, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, EPA, and OSHA standards
• Ensure accurate revenue cycle processes and patient throughput
