Full-Time – In our Lake Forest, CA office

We are a cloud and managed IT service provider with offices in Lake Forest, CA. We seek top-notch talent to supplement our help desk and field service team.

Requirements

Skills required:

- Working knowledge of Windows server (2016-2022)

- Solid Desktop support experience with Windows 11

- Solid networking experience with switches, firewalls, and connectivity issues

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Remote Desktop and Azure AVD

- Exposure to image-based backup solutions (Veeam, Unitrends, Datto BDR)

- Solid experience with Microsoft Office 365 Products (Entra ID, Intune, Office Suite)

- Exposure to network monitoring tools

- Great problem-solving skills

- Communicates well both within your team as well as directly with customers

- Loves people and knows how to be friendly, kind and upbeat

- Likes to work with people, solving problems and learning new things

- Likes to be in the field daily at different client site locations

- Likes to have a different variety of work everyday


EXTRA - nice to have skills:

- Linux

- IOS and Android
- Deep switching/routing experience

- Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop

- VMWare and MS Hyper-V virtualization experience

- 3CX PBX VOIP phone systems

- Experience with industry-standard MSP tools like:

- ConnectWise Manage PSA

- ConnectWise Command RMM

- IT Glue Documentation

Absolute Requirements:

You must have reliable transportation to drive to/from client sites. You will be reimbursed for mileage at the IRS-approved rate per mile.

You must be a citizen of the United States. 

Background checks and drug testing is required.
