Full Job Description

Thomas Talent Network, LLC is currently seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to join our esteemed law firm.

As an Employment Attorney, you will represent and advise clients on various employment law matters. You will be responsible for providing legal guidance and representing clients in disputes related to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, and other employment-related issues. Experienced employment attorney with a minimum of 10 years of experience

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Advise clients on employment-related matters and provide legal guidance
  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, settlement negotiations, and court appearances
  • Represent clients in administrative proceedings, such as EEOC claims
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations

Requirements

Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background 

Trial experience preferred, but not required 

Experience with public entity defense a plus 

Must have knowledge of class/PAGA inclusive 

Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees 

Experienced employment attorney with a minimum of 10 years of experience

Member, State Bar of California in good standing 

Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability 

Excellent written and oral communication 

Commitment to proactive case management
