Responsibilities
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies for the continuous growth and success of the company.
- Devise and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for our products on the Amazon platform.
- Manage product listings on Amazon, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Optimize keyword strategies and implement SEO techniques to improve product visibility and search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer reviews, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to increase sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure optimal inventory levels, timely replenishments, and efficient order fulfillment.
- Create and manage Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads, to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor advertising performance and adjust strategies based on ROI analysis.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.
- Hold regular meetings with team members to discuss successes, challenges, and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
- Analyze e-commerce success, and monitor and report on sales, program outcomes, and overall e-commerce performance regularly.
- Stay up to date with Amazon policies and guidelines, ensuring full compliance in all business activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce sales and management.
- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.
- Comfortable working with data and experience using programs such as Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Adept at collaborating with different teams in a fast-paced environment.
