Digital Producer - Web

We're looking for a Los Angeles based Digital Producer who is highly capable of managing complex projects with a strong background in web applications, native apps, and digital campaigns. You are ready, willing, and able to produce projects with fast paced, evolving deliverables and variables. You are extremely organized and detail oriented, you have a keen creative eye, and you thrive in an environment that requires you to balance the needs of the client with the evolving workflow. You roll your sleeves up and work side by side with your team to meet the defined goals and project requirements and are able to clearly communicate status. You do not just take orders, you consult and guide projects towards success and feel comfortable managing teams of designers, developers, and project managers to navigate the scope of work in a way that makes you invaluable to the relationship and project.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience producing web applications, native apps, and digital campaigns
• Detailed experience creating and producing original and adaptive material for various media sources
• Knowledge base to confidently evaluate specific user experience needs and recommend appropriate mediums
• Exceptional communication skills, comfortable with collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possess a keen sense of urgency with a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate strong judgment in the face of ambiguity.
