You are ready, willing, and able to produce projects with fast paced, evolving deliverables and variables. You are extremely organized and detail oriented, you have a keen creative eye, and you thrive in an environment that requires you to balance the needs of the client with the evolving workflow. You roll your sleeves up and work side by side with your team to meet the defined goals and project requirements and are able to clearly communicate status. You do not just take orders, you consult and guide projects towards success and feel comfortable managing teams of designers, developers, and project managers to navigate the scope of work in a way that makes you invaluable to the relationship and project.
