Full Job Description
SALT Dental Collective seeks a dedicated and experienced Regional Operations Leader to join our team. As a Regional Operations Leader, you will oversee the operations of around 20 specialty dental offices within the Orange County, California region. You will work closely with the Owner Doctors and Associates to ensure the success and growth of the offices while upholding the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the operations of multiple dental offices within the assigned region.
- Collaborate with Owner Doctors and Associates to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to Office Managers and staff members.
- Collaborate with other Regional Operations Leaders to share best practices and drive operational excellence.
- Ensure a positive and professional work environment.
- Confers with the VP of Operations regarding the needs and concerns of all offices.
- Assists Office Managers and Doctors with concerns or needs within their office.
- Coach Managers for growth and development.
- Assists Managers and Doctors in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new personnel.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a multi-site management role.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the dental industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dental office operations and procedures.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff members and doctors.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, preferred.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned region.
Salary Range: $100k - $120k
