Dental Regional Operations Leader

SALT Dental Collective seeks a dedicated and experienced Regional Operations Leader to join our team. As a Regional Operations Leader, you will oversee the operations of around 20 specialty dental offices within the Orange County, California region. You will work closely with the Owner Doctors and Associates to ensure the success and growth of the offices while upholding the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the operations of multiple dental offices within the assigned region.
• Collaborate with Owner Doctors and Associates to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
