Full Job Description

Paul Wright Group, a leading construction company, is seeking a motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively and efficiently.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Update customer accounts and manage customer databases.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for customer support.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and procedures.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Meet or exceed customer service expectations and performance goals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
  • Familiarity with construction industry terminology is a plus.
