Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability
• Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs and provide recommendations when necessary
• Process orders and returns in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer problems and escalate issues when necessary
• Continuously strive to improve customer support processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office suite
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
