As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability
- Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs and provide recommendations when necessary
- Process orders and returns in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer problems and escalate issues when necessary
- Continuously strive to improve customer support processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office suite
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
