Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide product information and assistance to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist in developing and improving customer service policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in communication or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food & beverage industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for food and beverages, particularly wine, is a plus
