Job description
Sorting Robotics Inc. is currently seeking a Technical and Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical and Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and customer service to our clients.
Preferred: Must be comfortable with cannabis (preferred you enjoy it and have experienced it) as we manufacture robotic innovations for the legal cannabis market in the US and Canada.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering customer inquiries and providing technical support via phone, email, or chat.
- Assisting customers in troubleshooting product issues and resolving technical problems.
- Documenting and tracking customer issues and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Conducting training sessions to customers as needed.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with product updates and features.
- Identifying and documenting customer feedback to share with the product development team.
- Contributing to process improvements and providing suggestions for enhancing customer support procedures.
- Sort out FAQs for customers, assist the service team to optimize technical solutions, and improve service quality.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools.
- Experience with robotics or automation technologies is a plus.
Work Location: In person
Work Hours: 8am - 6pm
