Job description

Sorting Robotics Inc. is currently seeking a Technical and Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical and Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and customer service to our clients.

Preferred: Must be comfortable with cannabis (preferred you enjoy it and have experienced it) as we manufacture robotic innovations for the legal cannabis market in the US and Canada.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering customer inquiries and providing technical support via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assisting customers in troubleshooting product issues and resolving technical problems.
  • Documenting and tracking customer issues and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Conducting training sessions to customers as needed.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with product updates and features.
  • Identifying and documenting customer feedback to share with the product development team.
  • Contributing to process improvements and providing suggestions for enhancing customer support procedures.
  • Sort out FAQs for customers, assist the service team to optimize technical solutions, and improve service quality.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools.
  • Experience with robotics or automation technologies is a plus.

Work Location: In person

Work Hours: 8am - 6pm
