Our client, one of the fastest growing construction companies in California, is seeking to add a Project Superintendent to their team in Mammoth Lakes, CA. The Project Superintendent will supervise the daily construction of the assigned DSA public project, which includes but is not limited to:
- Creation of site safety plan and daily safety meetings
- Completes As-Built drawings and CPM schedule
- Conducts subcontractor coordination, meetings and review
- Manages permitting process
- Communicates buyout needs notification to purchasing team
Base salary is $110,000 - $140,000 DOE. Discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits also included.
Requirements
- 10+ yrs construction experience with a track record of success
- Experience working on DSA public projects, which includes K-12 schools, community colleges, courthouses, and other state-owned facilities
- Active OSHA-10 certification
- Proficiency with various computer technologies, including Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
