Construction Superintendent - relocation offered

Our client, one of the fastest growing construction companies in California, is seeking to add a Project Superintendent to their team in Mammoth Lakes, CA. The Project Superintendent will supervise the daily construction of the assigned DSA public project, which includes but is not limited to:

• Creation of site safety plan and daily safety meetings
• Completes As-Built drawings and CPM schedule
• Conducts subcontractor coordination, meetings and review
• Manages permitting process
• Communicates buyout needs notification to purchasing team

Base salary is $110,000 - $140,000 DOE. Discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits also included.

Requirements

• 10+ yrs construction experience with a track record of success
