Full Job Description
The Client Success Manager at Negativ is responsible for overseeing project planning, client relationship management, and team coordination to ensure successful project delivery and long-term client satisfaction. This role involves managing resources, maintaining quality control, and effectively communicating project status to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Strategy:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget.
- Define milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each project.
- Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies to meet project objectives.
- Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and align project goals.
- Manage and foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Team Coordination & Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly communicated.
- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to the team, promoting a collaborative environment.
- Resource Management:
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Monitor resource usage and adjust as necessary to optimize team performance.
- Ensure all project tools and resources are available and properly utilized.
- Quality Assurance & Control:
- Set and maintain high-quality standards for all deliverables.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure outputs meet client expectations and industry benchmarks.
- Implement feedback processes for continuous improvement.
- Communication & Reporting:
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and reports.
- Present project statuses, challenges, and successes to both clients and internal teams.
- Document all project-related activities and changes for transparency and future reference.
- Risk Management & Problem Solving:
- Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Implement contingency plans to handle unforeseen challenges and maintain project momentum.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client success, project management, or account management roles, preferably in a creative or design environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects and client relationships.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and collaborate with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in risk management and problem-solving within project lifecycles.
- Knowledge of branding and design processes, with experience working alongside creative teams.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
