The Role
This position partners directly with the CEO from their stunning Presidio office in San Francisco. The mission is to amplify the CEO's effectiveness across all facets of the business. This role serves as the ultimate Swiss Army knife of the team—tackling product operations, forging relationships to drive multi-million-dollar deals, and crafting innovative, high-impact customer acquisition strategies.

What You'll Do

• Leverage the CEO: Provide high-level support to maximize the CEO's productivity and impact.
• Project Management: Lead projects with internal teams and external vendors, anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure successful outcomes.
• Strategic Initiatives: Drive key initiatives across AI ventures and brokerage services.
• Quantitative Analysis: Analyze data, model scenarios in Excel, and make data-driven decisions.
• SQL Proficiency: Utilize SQL for critical data tasks or coordinate effectively with experts.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships that could significantly impact the business—even striving for placements on high-profile platforms like the Joe Rogan podcast.
• Accountability: Ask tough questions, hold teams accountable, and ensure targets are met.
