- Lead team through process and procedure daily
- Align operations to execute against daily strategy
- Drive the service and sales process to achieve daily budget
- Ensure Daily KPIs are achieved
- Set policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee training of new employees
- Use and provide reporting to make data driven decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar executive role
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
Benefits
