Requirements
- Lead Generation:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to identify and engage potential clients.
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct effective presentations and pitches to showcase our products/services
- Market Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Analyze and report on key market insights to inform business development strategies.
- Proposal Development:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals.
- Customize proposals based on client needs and align them with the company's capabilities.
- Collaborate with the marketing teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or a related role 2+ years experience.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Language Preferred: Mandarin
