TOP1Driver is a forward-thinking startup dedicated to enhancing road safety for teens by providing innovative solutions that promote responsible and confident driving. Our app helps parents and teens meet supervised driving requirements, ensuring safer roads and better-prepared drivers. We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to help us expand our reach. This role is pivotal to our growth strategy, targeting both business clients (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C). Job Overview: As a Business Development Manager at TOP1Driver, you will be responsible for driving sales and growing our customer base across both B2B and B2C channels. You will identify new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and create strategies to increase our market presence. This position requires a self-starter who thrives in a startup environment and is skilled at closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to target both B2B and B2C markets. Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify and Prospect New Clients: Conduct market research to identify potential business clients and consumer segments. Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, social media, and attending industry events.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in both B2B and B2C segments. Understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of our app.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiations and close deals with business clients and individual consumers. Ensure the seamless execution of contracts and agreements.
  • Report on Sales Performance: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction and Retention: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and follow-up. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or a related role, with a successful track record in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, particularly in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients, from individual consumers to corporate executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in CRM software.
