Behavioral Technician

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Behavioral Therapist to join our family and provide exceptional care for our children. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Behavioral Therapist or in a similar role, with a passion for helping children learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe and nurturing environment for the children

• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's development

• Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks

• Provide transportation to and from school, appointments, and activities

• Assist with homework and school projects

• Maintain the children's daily schedule and routine

• Ensure the children's cleanliness and hygiene

• Communicate regularly with parents about the children's progress and any concerns

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Nanny or in a childcare-related role

• CPR and first aid certification preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities

• Reliable, trustworthy, and responsible
