The Role?
Join our vibrant team as an Associate Manager, Project Management at OUAI. We are on the lookout for a meticulous and innovative individual to manage artwork production processes for our brand. This position plays a vital role in ensuring all visual assets accurately reflect our brand identity and resonate with our audience. This role will be reporting to the - Sr. Director, Product Development.
Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the artwork production process, from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product Development, Regulatory, Marketing, Operations) and external partners to ensure artwork aligns with OUAI’s branding standards and objectives.
- Manage and maintain the artwork database, organize files and keep records up to date for easy access.
- Review and approve artwork submissions, providing constructive feedback to designers and artists.
- Develop and manage package renderings in collaboration with marketing teams to effectively visualize product concepts.
- Lead cross-functional status meetings to ensure alignment and project progress.
- Update the Master Product File with the latest artwork changes and updates.
- Own and optimize current artwork processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Build comprehensive artwork briefs with cross-functional input.
- Ensure all artwork is delivered on time and within budget and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to deliver relevant and engaging designs.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in artwork management or graphic design, preferably in the beauty industry.
- BFA/BA in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).

- Must be based in the Los Angeles metropolitan area to commute to the warehouse and vendors as needed on a week-to-week basis.
- Strong understanding of packaging design and print production processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus, as is Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain a clear and efficient workflow.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for teamwork.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for beauty and design.
- CPG experience required.
