Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Onsite - San Diego

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing and nurturing relationships.
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet or exceed client expectations and business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Monitor account performance, providing regular updates and insights to clients and senior management.
  • Handle client issues or concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals as needed.
  • Stay current on industry trends and client’s business environments to provide informed advice and solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in account management or a client-facing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other client management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client service in the life sciences sector.
